Epoxy coal tar anti-corrosion steel pipe 
1、 Materials and components 
Component A consists of epoxy coal tar primer and topcoat, both of which are mainly composed of epoxy resin and coal tar as film-forming materials, with various anti rust pigments, insulating fillers, toughening agents, leveling agents, diluents, anti settling agents, etc. added. Component B is a modified amine curing agent or a curing agent as the main material, with added pigments and fillers. When this product is sold, components A and B are supplied together. During construction, they are mixed in proportion and mixed evenly before being used up within the specified time. 
2、 Scope of application 
It is mainly used for anti-corrosion of the outer walls of buried or underwater steel oil, gas, water, and heating pipelines. It is also suitable for anti-corrosion of various steel structures, docks, ships, water gates, gas storage tanks, equipment in refineries and chemical plants, as well as waterproofing and leakage prevention of concrete pipes, sewage tanks, roof waterproof layers, bathrooms, basements, and other concrete structures. 
3、 Product Features 
1. This product is a high-performance anti-corrosion coating with a smooth, dense, and hard coating, strong adhesion, excellent salt alkali resistance, seawater resistance, soil microbial corrosion resistance, and resistance to plant root and stem penetration. The composite use of paint and fiberglass cloth can enhance the mechanical properties of the anti-corrosion layer. 
2. Room temperature coating, natural curing, easy to apply, can be manually or mechanically applied, especially suitable for on-site use. 
4、 Technical indicators 
Epoxy coal tar coatings are divided into two types based on their functional applications: epoxy coal tar primer and epoxy coal tar topcoat. Our company's epoxy coal tar primer is a solvent based product; Epoxy coal tar surface paint is a series of products, divided into solvent-free type (GH 201) and thick slurry type (GH 202) according to solid content. It is also divided into heat-resistant type (used within 150 ℃ with W added) and standard type (used within 100 ℃) according to the heat resistance temperature of the coating during use, for users to choose according to the actual requirements of anti-corrosion engineering. 
The enterprise standard for this product is Q/DH 02-2009 "Liquid Epoxy Anti corrosion Coating", and its technical indicators are equivalent to the Chinese petroleum and natural gas industry standards SY/T 0447-96 "Technical Standard for Epoxy Coal Tar Asphalt Anti corrosion Coating of Buried Steel Pipelines" and SY/T 0457-2000 "Technical Standard for Internal Anti corrosion Coating of Liquid Epoxy Coating for Steel Pipelines". It also meets the requirements of the American Water Works Association standard AWWA C 210-03 "Internal and External Anti corrosion Coating of Liquid Epoxy Coating for Steel Water Pipelines".
